Band release Mudlarks charity song
Local band Looking Glass Alice have released a charity single in support of popular charity Mudlarks.

Titled "It's Christmas (Don't Be Mean)", the single follows on from last year's "Christmas Eve (Baby Can't We Just Get High?)", which was also a fundraiser to Mudlarks.
The song is desceribed as "a haunting, wall of sound style number, harking back to 60s girl group noir, with reverb drenched harmonies and pounding drums. Wistful and melancholic, yet powerful with a poignant message."
Looking Glass Alice are a Hertford ensemble hailed by the likes of AIR, Cornershop and Unloved, with a growing cult following.
Debut single "I Know" was acclaimed by Clash Music as "an urgent piece of pop-flecked psychedelia, deployed with confidence, intent, and no small degree of style"
Their latest release "Spider" was described by James Endeacott as "a modern day psychedelic pop masterpiece".
The band recently performed at the Hertford Club, Hertford Museum, The Humingbird and Hertford House Lounge as part of the town's Musical Mystery Tour in August.
