Serial absconder missing again

Police are appealing for information as they try to locate a man with connections to Hertford.
Mike Cakebread is wanted for theft and on recall to prison.
Anyone with information about the 35 year-old's location is asked to contact police using either the online reporting form at https://orlo.uk/PW9Kv, webchat at https://orlo.uk/IzFZq or calling 101.
If you have seen him in the past few moments, you should call 999.
Update 1/8/23: Mr. Cakebread has now been apprehended.
