In the run up to Christmas, officers across East Herts will be carrying out 24 days of action to target criminals and help keep people safe. Operation Advent will see officers from all four of the district’s Safer Neighbourhood Teams conduct various activities.
Neighbourhood Inspector Mark Collins said: "Your local Safer Neighbourhood Team officers are dedicated to ensuring that East Herts is a safe place to live, work and visit all year round.
"Operation Advent intends to 'open the door’' each day on just some of the varied policing activities that these local officers get involved with."
