The former premises of Loftcat in Railway Street is set to become a Lifestyle Boutique.
A large recruitment poster in the window announces "High Fashion Lifestyle Boutique Seeks Fabulous Staff".
The web address on the poster directs those interested to the Facebook page of Ruby Room. This is turn directs to the Ruby Room Lifestyle website, which describes the business as " based on an ethos of offering individual, quirky independent shopping, fun fashion, accessories and gifting in an artistic, inspiring yet personal way.
The About Us page goes on: "Our offer is a fashion with gifts/furniture store, aimed at young women, new mums, and first home owners; women who enjoying going to music festivals, take summer holidays, weekends away, as well as nights out with friends".
The business currently has a shop in Leigh-on-sea, as well as trading over the web.
