Parents' Parking Creates Hazard

A Hertford headmaster is asking parents not to park illegally outside the school to collect children.

Stephen Neate, Head of Richard Hale School appealed to parents who park on yellow lines in Hale Road and Pegs Lane. Police and highways officials have also been trying to deter parents from parking in the area.

Local residents are also concerned that the vehicles present a hazard and could cause an accident.
