Plans For 279 New Homes

Developers have submitted plans for 279 new homes on two sites in Hertford.
Local company Zog are proposing 182 new homes along the River Lee west of Marshgate Drive. The site is currently an industrial area occupied by Marshall Panelcraft and Crossbrook Furniture. It is adjacent to Elder Court, the new development in Mead Lane. Zog were instrumental in gaining planning permission for that site also.
In Sacombe Road, Bengeo, Fairview Homes are proposing 97 new homes, with associated parking and landscaping.
