Mill Appeal Refused
Plans for 13 new homes on green belt land at Ware Park Mill have finally been scuppered after The Planning Inspectorate refused the developer's appeal.

Developer Garrards was also ordered to pay costs to the District Council after government inspector David Nicholson issued his ten page decision.
The proposals would have seen 11 new dwellings in a 5 storey building next to the river. Also included was a barn and garage conversion, a studio/workshop, boathouse and moorings.
The appeal was refused on grounds of inappropriate development and harm to listed structures.
