Rail passenger invited to meet managers

Hertford East branch line passengers have been invited to talk directly to Greater Anglia rail managers during a Let’s Talk event at London Liverpool Street station next week.

Focused primarily on passengers who use the train operator’s services in and out of London, the event will take place on Wednesday 17th July 2024 from 4:30pm to 6:30pm.

Greater Anglia managers will be available to answer passengers' questions, and listen to feedback and comments - with that input helping them to continually improve the service.

Martin Moran, Greater Anglia’s Commercial and Customer Service Director, said, "It's really important to us to hear from passengers about what matters to them and answer any questions they may have.

"We are keen to listen and to understand people’s experiences so that we can work to continually improve our service and meet customers’ expectations and needs.”

Those who cannot make the events but would like to contribute their feedback can do so via Greater Anglia's online survey.
