Man sought after outrage of public decency

Police are appealing for information after a naked man 'chased' two teenage girls whilst filming them.
The incident happened in the early hours of Sunday 15th October in Grange Close and North Road.
At 03:43hrs on 15/10/23 the offender has chased two 14 year old females whilst filming them. He was naked.
The male offender then left the scene by unknown means/direction.
