New bus route links Hertford to Cheshunt and Stevenage

A new bus route has been introduced linking Brookfield Farm to Stevenage, calling at Hertford, Ware and the Lister Hospital.

The new 7-day hourly route is run by Centrebus using three buses and terminates at Brookfield Farm and Sainsbury's at Corey's Mill in Stevenage.

Funding is provided as part of Hertfordshire’s £29.7 million Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP) settlement from the DfT.

The journey from Hertford to Lister Hospital typically takes 49 minutes, whilst to Brookfield Farm takes 45 minutes. The service also calls at Ware, Stevenage Station, Hoddesdon and Broxbourne.
