Developer To Reveal Bengeo Plans

Cerda Planning will be hoilding a public exhibition and consultation on plans for 50 new homes on the site of Bengeo Nursery.

The exhibition takes place at Duncombe Hall on Wednesday 25th July from 3pm to 8pm, when members of the consultancy team will be on hand to explain the scheme and listen to the views of local residents. The consultation will inform a forthcoming planning application to the District Council for the site.

The Bengeo Nursery proposals form part of a larger 150 home development identified in the draft District Plan that is expected to be adopted in the Autumn.
