Council consults on services
East Herts District Council is asking the district's residents to give their views on local services.

East Herts Council is responsible for delivering a range of services, including planning, leisure, parking and bin collections,
As well as gathering opinion on how well services are run, the survey seeks to understand overall satisfaction levels and whether residents feel they receive value for money.
The council will use the information to plan its future spending as it develops its budget for 2022/23 and beyond.
It follows a resident survey last year revealing that over 82% of people felt neutral, satisfied or very satisfied with the counbcil's operations.
Councillor Geoffrey Williamson, executive member for financial sustainability said, "We want to know how we’re doing, to ensure we provide value for money but also to see what we need to prioritise or improve. By sharing their personal experience of services with us, residents will be shaping how we plan for the future of East Herts."
The survey can be found online at www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/EastHertsCouncilresidentsurvey/ and is open until Monday 20th December 2021.
All respondents will be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 voucher to spend on their local high street.
