Drivers warned about Market Street closure

Delays are predicted this coming Tuesday 23rd July as contractors plan to excavate the road outside Barclays Bank.
The work is being carried out on behalf of Virgin Media to "make safe a dangerous carriageway chamber".
Whilst signage indicates the road will be closed, there is no diversionary route advised.
Market Street and approaching roads are one way and it is unclear how the closure will be handled.
