Serial Absconder Goes Missing. Again.
Serial absconder Micheal Cakebread is being sought by police for breaching his Criminal Behaviour Order.

Cakebread was sentenced to 38 weeks imprisonment last year following a string of shoplifting offences, despite being subject to a Criminal Behaviour Order at the time. Over the last five years he has repeatedly been the subject of police appeals after going on the run.
His last known address was Oak Tree Close in Hertford, but he also has connections to Hertford Heath, Bishop’s Stortford and Ware.
Anyone who sees Michael or knows of his whereabouts is asked to contact Hertfordshire Constabulary via the non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference 41/25310/19.
Edit 25/3/19: Mr.Cakebread has now been located.
